If Childway Cancels a Class:
In the rare case that we need to cancel a class, don’t worry — you’ll receive a credit note to use for another class at a time that works best for you. We’ve got you covered!
If You Need to Cancel:
We understand things come up, so if you need to cancel, here are your options:
- Transfer to a Sibling or Friend:
Can’t make it? No problem! You can transfer your spot to a sibling or friend, and it’s free of charge. Just let us know! - Cancelling 14 Days or More Before the Class:
If you let us know at least 14 days in advance, we’ll happily provide you with a credit note. This can be applied to any future class whenever you’re ready to return!
For Birthday Party Changes or Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or adjust a birthday party booking, just give us a heads-up at least 14 days before the event. We’ll provide you with a credit note to use for a future party. Easy-peasy!
For Holiday Program Changes or Cancellations:
Need to adjust or cancel your Holiday Program booking? No problem! Please let us know 14 days in advance, and we’ll give you a credit note for a future program. If you have to cancel within 14 days, you can transfer the day to a sibling or friend, as long as you notify us at least 48 hours before the program starts.
Late Cancellations or No-Shows:
We understand things happen, but please note that if you cancel late or don’t show up, we won’t be able to offer a refund or credit note.
